MaBourse is the data controller for your personal information, in accordance with Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2. Data Collected
We only collect data strictly necessary for our services: your email address when signing up for the waitlist, browsing preferences (language, theme) via technical cookies, and anonymized usage data via Umami Analytics.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is used to notify you of the platform launch (if registered on the waitlist), to improve our services, and to analyze platform usage anonymously.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (waitlist registration) and our legitimate interest in improving our services (anonymized usage data).
5. Retention Period
Your data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with the platform, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
6. Your Rights (Law 09-08)

7. Third-Party Providers
MaBourse uses Resend for confirmation email delivery and Umami Analytics for fully anonymized traffic analysis. These providers are bound by contractual guarantees ensuring the protection of your data.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be hosted on servers located outside Morocco, including in the European Union. Such transfers are governed by contractual guarantees ensuring an adequate level of protection.
