MaBourse is a financial information technology platform providing access to stock market data related to the Casablanca Stock Exchange (BVC/CSE). MaBourse is not a financial advisor, portfolio management company, or brokerage firm approved by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC).
Article 2 — No Financial Advice
The data, analytics, and tools available on MaBourse are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, recommendations to buy or sell securities, or financial analysis within the meaning of applicable Moroccan regulations. MaBourse does not provide personalized recommendations regarding financial instruments.
Article 3 — Market Data
Prices, indices, volumes and other market data displayed on MaBourse are provided for indicative purposes. While MaBourse strives to ensure their accuracy, it cannot guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or real-time availability. MaBourse disclaims all liability for errors, omissions, or interruptions in the provision of market data.

MaBourse reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Article 8 — Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to the use of MaBourse shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco.
