France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship - 2027 Session (Master & PhD)

Opportunity summary

The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship programme aims to attract the best foreign students to master’s and PhD degree programmes in France. It seeks to train future decision‑makers in the private and public sectors in priority fields of study.

Candidates must be foreign students, aged a maximum of 29 years for the master’s and no more than 35 years for the PhD. Applications are made exclusively through French higher education institutions, which forward the files to Campus France.

The 2027 calendar shows an opening on 2 October 2026, a webinar for institutions on 4 November 2027, and a deadline for submission of files on 6 January 2027 inclusive. Results will be communicated by email during the week of 12 April 2027.

For Moroccan students, this scholarship provides the opportunity to fund their higher studies in France, while benefiting from administrative support and international recognition.

How to apply, step by step

1. Check the opening. The call for applications starts on 2 October 2026, as indicated in the official calendar.
2. Contact your institution. The student must approach their French institution to obtain the form and submission guidelines.
3. Prepare the documents. Complete the candidate commitment and the form, then sign them in accordance with the requirements.
4. Submit the application. Send the complete PDF file to Campus France before 6 January 2027 inclusive.
5. Await the results. Winners will be notified by email during the week of 12 April 2027.
