How we collect and verify scholarships
Full transparency on our processing chain: official sources, human verification, updates and corrections.
MaBourse.ma is an independent aggregator. We do not award any scholarship: our job is to spot the opportunities published by official organisations, verify them, and present them clearly and consistently, with a direct link to the source.
Methodology
Collection from official sources
Daily monitoring of public portals: ministries, embassies, universities, foundations and international programmes. No unverifiable secondary source is used.
Structuring and quality control
Every opportunity is normalised (level, country, funding, deadline, conditions) and then reviewed. Inconsistencies block publication until checked on the official website.
Dated and tracked publication
Every listing shows its verification date and status. Deadlines are monitored: an expired listing is marked "closed" and then archived, never silently deleted.

You always know where the information comes from and how much to trust it.
Official source recently checked. The key information (deadline, conditions, application link) was confirmed on the organisation's portal.
Published directly by the partner organisation. The institution manages its listing; we check editorial consistency.
Automatic collection under review. The listing remains available but some details may change; always check the official website.
Outdated information or information that contradicts the source. The listing is in the correction queue; the date of the last check is shown.
Review frequency
- Daily - monitoring of deadlines within 30 days and of new publications.
- Weekly - re-checking of "Aggregated" listings and application links.
- Monthly - full audit of the most viewed listings and archiving of closed calls.
- Continuously - reader reports are handled within 48 hours on average.
