General terms of use
The rules governing use of MaBourse.ma. By browsing the site, you accept them.
1. Purpose
MaBourse.ma is a free service that aggregates and verifies information on scholarships, funding and academic opportunities, in Morocco and abroad. The service rewords and structures public information from official sources, always with a link to the source.
2. Access to the service
Browsing the site is free and does not require an account. Some features (synced favourites, email alerts, application tracking) need a free registration, reserved for people aged 16 and over. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
3. Nature of the published information
- MaBourse.ma is independent: it does not award scholarships and does not process applications. Every application is submitted exclusively on the organisation's official portal, linked in each listing.
- Information (dates, amounts, conditions) is checked on the date shown on the listing, but may be changed at any time by the organisation. Only the official website is authoritative.
- The verification status of each listing is shown in line with our methodology.
4. Prohibited behaviour
- Mass or automated extraction of content (scraping) without written permission;
- Posting unlawful, defamatory or misleading content through the forms;
- Attempting unauthorised access to the systems, or disrupting the service;
- Identity theft or creation of fraudulent multiple accounts.
5. Intellectual property
The site's original content (texts, structure, graphics, database) is protected. Any substantial reuse without permission is prohibited. The trademarks and logos of the organisations mentioned belong to their owners.
6. Advertising
The service is funded by advertising. Ad spaces are always identified with the label "Advertisement" and kept distinct from editorial content. Editorial content is never influenced by advertisers. See the privacy policy for advertising cookies.
7. Liability
We do everything we can to publish accurate, up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or that you will obtain a scholarship. MaBourse.ma cannot be held liable for organisations' decisions, service interruptions or indirect damage linked to use of the site. Linked third-party sites are their own responsibility.
8. Account suspension and deletion
We may suspend an account if these terms are not respected. You can delete your account at any time from your settings; your data is then erased within 30 days (see the privacy policy).
9. Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. They are governed by Moroccan law; any dispute falls under the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
