Opportunity summary
The dual-degree scholarship programme is managed by the Service for Cooperation and Cultural Action of the French Embassy in Morocco and the Institut français du Maroc. It provides financial support to Moroccan students undertaking their mandatory academic mobility in France under a recognised dual-degree agreement.
This scheme is aimed at engineering students and master's students whose home institutions in Morocco have signed a formal partnership with a French university or grande école partner. The scholarship covers a monthly living allowance during the period spent in France, exemption from university tuition fees and coverage of student social insurance.
Selection is based on the academic excellence of the candidate's record, their motivation and the relevance of their professional project to Morocco's economic and scientific development priorities.

- Be a Moroccan national and resident in Morocco.

How to apply, step by step
- Check the agreement. Confirm with the management of your school in Morocco that your programme is covered by an eligible dual-degree agreement.
- Assemble the file. Gather your translated transcripts, motivation letter and the selection certificate from your home institution.
- Submit the application. Submit your complete file on the dedicated Institut français du Maroc platform before the deadline.
- Undergo the assessment. Selected applications are evaluated by a Franco-Moroccan joint commission based on excellence criteria.
- Finalize departure. Once the agreement is confirmed, complete the consular formalities and arrange your student accommodation.
The application is submitted online via the Institut français du Maroc platform in consultation with the home institution.
